"Mountain Flowers Of Snowdonia: A Piece Of The Arctic So Close To The Wirral” A talk by David Parker.
The story of how beautiful arctic-alpine wild flowers have survived in Snowdonia since the end of the last ice age. Their conservation and management will be discussed with particular respect to Cwm Idwal, where the speaker has carried out long-term research (which started 40 years ago at Ness Gardens!).
