Partnership with Linghams Booksellers

There’s nothing like a good book so here at Heswall Hall we’re thrilled to be able to partner with independent booksellers, Linghams.

In the past few weeks the Hall has played host to some top tier authors.

First we had Ruth Jones – Nessa from Gavin and Stacey – and now best selling author who wowed our crowd with insights into her life and career.

Next came the brilliant and beloved children’s author Dame Jacqueline Wilson who had all the time in the world to chat to fans, young and old alike.

Both events were brilliantly delivered in partnership by Linghams and Hall staff.

 “It’s brilliant that the Hall now plays host to these fabulous literary events which are always so well supported,” said Hall manager Sarah Douglas.

“We love hosting Linghams and building on our brilliant community partnership.

 Next up in the literary line-up is Post Office scandal victim turned author Jo Hamilton on July 2 and then on September 4 we welcome best selling women’s fiction writer Adele Parks.
