Farewell to Janice of Flexercise

Last Wednesday saw the final session for Janice, who leads the Flexercise fitness classes. She is heading off for a well deserved retirement, after running fitness classes at the Hall for over 40 years!

A testament to her enthusiasm and encouragement is that many regular attendees of her classes have been coming throughout the very many years she has been running them, so they and us will be sad to see her go! She would like to thank them for their loyalty and friendship, and say how much she has enjoyed bringing them together, keeping them active and making them smile.

We wish her all the best for the future and hope she has some lovely things planned for her retirement.
